If you aren't using Tremblay, you aren't getting the best service available. During Thursday's storm they came thru and did my laneway, 10 minutes later the street plow came thru, 10 minutes after that Tremblay came back and removed the huge hump at the end of the laneway. When they say they follow the city plows, they aren't kidding.
We are very happy with the work Tremblay just completed excavating our home and fixing our foundation and weeping tile. Several neighbors have also used their services and they came highly recommended. The were very responsive, hard working and just a nice crew.
Driving on 417 one of Tremblay trucks hit a bump on the road and some gravel hit my windshield and caused a chip. I called them to repair and told them I have dash cam video but they refused to repair and started to not answer my calls after trying to call back multiple times Why would anyone contract a company that does not owner their work and has poor customer service! I am sure to repair a chip won't cost more than $60-80! Hope the city of Ottawa never gives them any contracts!
