Called in for parts. George refused to answer simple questions about parts. When I asked him to verify he got angry and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I called back in and spoke to Troy, who was able to answer my questions without issue. George needs some customer service training.
Don't waste your time with this small town dealer. Tried to get a response about buying a 2025 suv off them and you get nothing back. I guess they dont need the sales at all. If I was a sales representative knowing I was working on commissions I would be doing my best to make a sale not just going through the routine of "having a job". Ignorant staff. We run a business that requires HD trucks. We've been in 3 times to buy trucks, only to recive outrageous prices that are $15000 more than down south prices. If you get your trucks serviced here the mechanics don't like to use grease. 3 trucks not greased, and when I approached them they said I'd have to come back another day to have them properly serviced.
