It is tax time and a reminder not to use this place as Tyler Tremblay is the worst. Filed a return without meeting with the person. It had mistakes and no signature of person. Sad excuse for what they try to say is professional. It's just a reminder of the worst experience ever.

I dropped off my taxes (mine and my husband) on a Wednesday and was informed that they would be ready in a few days. I called the following Thursday and was informed that they were not completed and that the individual doing them was away on holidays until the following Monday. I called on Monday (today) to speak to that individual to see if he could give me an estimate on when it would be done only to be informed that he was still not in the office until probably the next day.
