I am extremely upset with this firm . They specifically wrote that they are available for phone calls then calls and emails from my lawyer are ignored for 6 months at a time . My father would be turning in his grave re the wills and estate management nightmare that we are enduring.

Although highly recommended by a number of people in my community, I was disappointed that Tremayne Fay Rheinberger Lawyers failed to return phone calls or respond to emails. When I did talk with staff on the phone, they needed to leave messages for the lawyers to phone me back to book an appointment. I never received a call back, despite calling several times and talking to two different staff over a period of 3 months. Very unprofessional. Maybe they just don't need the work?
