After having previously been a customer of one of the big oil companies for my service, I switched to Tremarco. I was never impressed by the quality of the work performed by the big oil company nor the quality of the big oil company's service tech himself. Once when I pointed out that my service contract listed two dozen or so items that would be performed/checked during an annual service visit, the tech told me that what he did was "good enough". Tremarco has been servicing my furnace for years. Before I met Pete, I tried two of the major companies in the area. Both of them did not meet my expectations, most times needing a second service call for minor adjustments. Pete provides excellent service, is a great guy and very honest.
