They promise two vehicles per resident in the lease. I have recently found out this is a fraudulent claim as they do not have enough parking spaces to accommodate this promise. My car has been towed twice and I now have to go to court to make them pay for the impound fees. Needless to say a court appearance for fraud or breech of contract will lilely be necessary. Staff is unhelpful and when I tried to take pictures of staff employees vehicle parked in a no parking spot he threatened to shoot me.

I lived here for a little over a year, bottom floor. Noise was never an issue. The girls in management were very nice and accommodating. Maintenance guy works hard. The landscape looks good. It can be hard to find additional parking sometimes and the only trash compactor is at the front of the complex but since I had an apartment right by it, never really bothered me.
