Trelago Apartment Living is the absolute BEST! I have lived in this community for 4 years. The maintenance team/community and staff are always so friendly! The grounds are always kept, the maintenance team does a wonderful job, and the front office staff is always very helpful."
This is a regrettable post. DO YOUR RESEARCH WITH RESIDENTS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE INTO TRELAGO! Firstly, do not be a resident with a real compliant. Otherwise, management will not be eager to assist. In this economy, your money needs to work for you, and management will often not make that easy for you. Live on the 3rd floor to save yourself some headache and stress. The ceilings are paper-thin (be mindful of those below you). The noise levels ARE NOT typical "apartment living." Great customer service
I absolutely love living at Town Trelago! Like any community, occasional issues do come up, but the maintenance team is always quick to respond and keeps me well-informed throughout the process. Their professionalism and clear communication make a big difference and help resolve any concerns efficiently. Richard and Jose in the main office are wonderful as well. It’s a great place to call home!
