Had the pleasure of speaking with Rick from Trekker (I had to call as I was 4hours away at the time). I'm sure he was busy and had other things on the go but he took it upon himself to spend nearly 30minutes with me on the telephone to answer all my questions, his explanations were simple and easy to understand. Absolutely recommend. We were stranded with our motorhome, and Rick went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He is extremely knowledgable and professional.
