Definitely a high end bike shop! I visited this store while wandering in Los Gatos, and while it looks like a great store, they really cater to the more expensive equipment. They had a lot of bikes, as well as frames and parts in stock. Listening to the counter talk, the employees were very knowledgeable. I give them a 4 stars because they were friendly and if you can afford it, they can certainly help you. Just too far outside my price range.
Great selection This is always the first bike shop that we visit when we're looking for bikes. They have a great selection in bikes of all sizes and a small selection of accessories. Usually we are able to find one in the size we need. They give great advise and measure your legs etc. in order to find the right size bike for you. The bikes are not cheap since you are buying the TREK brand, however, they have some great sales going on every now and then.
Good Selection This bike shop employees knew more about bikes than anyone I had ever met. If you ask they will also let you do a test drive, so if you are not yet sure which bike is right for you...just give it a try first!
Quality bikes We love riding our bikes, and when looking for a good bike we ended up at ST Bikes. They take time to measure your height so that they can advise on the correct frame height and tire size.
Great service and very friendly Just bought bikes for my whole family; me, my wife, and 2 kids age14 and 7. The staff took time with all of us to make sure we got the right bikes and equipment...they even showed us how to set up our bikes and change flat tires. These guys definately go the extra mile and I will be a customer for life as well as recommending to all my friends.
High-end shop with helpful staff This is an excellent high-end bicycle shop with rentals and an excellent parts department. Friendly staff and great service. Their knowledgeable sales and support staff work hard to fully meet your specific biking needs.
Helpful on local ride information Being new to the area, I went in to the shop to get a bike map. They were extremely helpful in taking time to tell me about local roads worth riding. It seemed like they focused more on Mountain Biking than Road Racing, but were still willing to help out.
Great bike guy Bike shops are always weird. This one is no exception. It is in the auto mall, owned by a decent guy. This guy just happens to be one of the best mechanics in the business. You take it in and your bike is ship shape the earliest next day
