Just purchased a townie cruiser. Everyone there was such a great help! They assembled my bike for free and installed my basket and bell for free as well. Mr.John was very kind and had awesome customer service ! 10/10 recommend!!
I bought two hybrid bikes for my boys a couple years ago and was pleased with the sales person at the time and the quality of the bikes. I brought them in for tune ups and general service a week ago. The service was done promptly, professionally, and for what I would consider only a slightly elevated cost. However, the store manager, who I mostly dealt with when dropping them off and picking them up, came across as very smug, smirking at my questions and giving condescending answers. As with all the Trek stores we have visited the guys took the time to show how things conpared. *Updated review: the guy thats always there"Rob", seems to be the issue. He said he fixed my bike 3 times, each time still heard a creaking noise. That was $225 later and still not fixed. My friend has an older domane that he took in for a rattle. This was where it got fun, Rob told him over the phone his frame was cracked. I advised my friend that trek has a warranty on frames. Rob said the best he could do is 10% off a new bike.... read more
My wife and I just purchased 2 dual sport bikes. The store was well stocked with a variety of bike options and accessories. I dealt with Ryan and John and really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend anyone looking for a bike, to shop here first.
