They just provide service for bikes have been bought in their shop.
This is the second time I’ve used this location, even though it’s farther from where I live. Compared to the bike shop near me, they fixed the issue on the spot instead of keeping my bike overnight or even for a week. I really appreciate their quick and efficient service. I’ll definitely continue using them from now on—and I highly recommend them to others!
Just purchased a townie cruiser. Everyone there was such a great help! They assembled my bike for free and installed my basket and bell for free as well. Mr.John was very kind and had awesome customer service ! 10/10 recommend!!
