My wife and I had an awesome experience with the guys at the Charleston Trek store last year buying new bikes. Since then, we've been coming back for all our accessories, tuneups, and advice. The customer service is top notch! Everyone is laid back, super informative, and just looking to genuinely help you enjoy your biking experience. No hard sales pitches. No pressure.
