I bought a Front Runner Slimline II roof rack for a Mercedes Vito XLWB - Clare was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful - got it delivered from Germany within a week, and I think she fitted it herself. Very efficient, very happy to help with my queries and fit in with my plans- lots of detailed knowledge about the rack and the fitting and the materials and the aftercare. Well what can I say about Trek Overland and the owner Clare. This company and exceptional friendly and ultra helpful lady went way way above and beyond to help after a theft of my rooftop tent.
