It’s disappointing that the new owners of Central Cycling (now Trek Bicycle Wenatchee) don’t honor the tune-up commitments made by the previous shop. I understand it’s technically a different company, but it’s clear you changed the name to avoid honoring previous commitments. You bought the business and its customer base, yet refuse to stand behind prior agreements. That shows you don’t value loyalty or returning customers. Because of this lack of responsibility and ethics, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Honestly pretty disappointed with my decision to buy from them. The customer service is lukewarm on their best day. I’ve walked in and been ignored more than once. If I’m spending $850 on a bike that doesn’t even come with a water bottle holder, I at least expect to be treated decently. Also, I’ve had to have the bike serviced twice since February for gears slipping. I wish I’d given my money to Arlberg, the sales people are at least kind. I had an ongoing issue with my tire for a while, but eventually it was all settled thanks to the service team. I'll be buying another bike in the future. Thanks guys!
