Yesterday at Tour de Bloom, I broke two spokes and my chair came off and got tied into my pedal which twisted my chain 90 degrees. I brought my bike in at 430’and they closed at 6. Caleb dropped everything to ensure that I was ready for today. He stayed the course, replaced the chain, trued my spare tire, tested the bike and the cassette was badly threaded.
