Curtis was terrific help and answered all my questions about a new eMTB.
Honestly pretty disappointed with my decision to buy from them. The customer service is lukewarm on their best day. I’ve walked in and been ignored more than once. If I’m spending $850 on a bike that doesn’t even come with a water bottle holder, I at least expect to be treated decently. Also, I’ve had to have the bike serviced twice since February for gears slipping. I wish I’d given my money to Arlberg, the sales people are at least kind. I had an ongoing issue with my tire for a while, but eventually it was all settled thanks to the service team. I'll be buying another bike in the future. Thanks guys!
I bought my $1000 mountain bike several years ago and I've had so many issues with it ever since. The valves on the tires keep tearing within a month or weeks and I've had to take my bike many times to get it repaired. I was told to make sure the tire pressure is right and I have done so every time before going on a ride. I've never had so many issues with a bike in my life and I've even owned Walmart bikes.
