The folks at the store were kind and knowledgeable. They also weren't pushy at all and just had a nice casual chat with me and got me what I needed!
Big fan of Trek on the UWS but this location let me down. I brought my bike in for a level 2 tune up and to install new pedals. I made it explicitly clear that this was my first time riding clips. Not only did they set the pedal tension to the tightest possible setting without informing me, but they sent me on my way without having me test it out first.
