They were not able to solve my Sram internal hub shifter problem but they were straightforward about it and refunded my money.

Serious rider with a good bike? Avoid this East Side chop shop. I bought two successive high-end bikes (Madones) here, but ended up quitting this shop cold b/c their service department became sooo consistently terrible. Aggressively dicky head mechanic, slow and crappy work, and constant upselling (never once visited this place without them trying to sell me a new chain).
