Super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. I felt the team genuinely cared about getting me a good set up. Dylan was incredibly helpful in advising me on what gearing and wheels would be best for my main use case and took the time to verify that the settings complied with UCI rules without me even asking for it.
