I've been going to this shop since buying my bike in the summer of 2022, and they've always been great, with the mechanics happy to do a quick adjustment on the spot. When a recent mystery noise was disturbing my weekly distance club rides, shop manager Forest and mechanics Ripley and Dylan graciously devoted many hours over a couple of weeks to solve the mystery at reasonable rates.
