First: Retailing Trek as a high quality and performance product brand. Second: Beyond products highest quality service. Bought a Wahoo Trail for my girl. Mike and team unboxed and built up on short notice and were fully aware what equipment to add to make my girl even happier. Also very creatively fixed size matters. Third: First and Second convinced me to pick Trek Summit as premier choice if I need a bike or equipment.
Nicest guys. Mike and the crew stayed after hours to work on my bike as I got there a bit before closing. I appreciate them for the work they did!
Good customer service. Mike was great at fitting, and went above and beyond for help resolve issues with my seat post. Rick is also an excellent mechanic. Both always go the extra mile — above and beyond!
I mainly head to Trek Bicycle Summit for bike repairs, and they've never let me down – quick, reliable service from a team that knows their stuff. I'm not usually there to shop, but I have to admit, their selection of Trek bikes and accessories is impressive and well-curated. Great spot for any cyclist in the area!
