Customer service and technician service is above and beyond. Harley the store manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Juan the service technician ran my sons Trek Slash 7 over with a fine tooth comb. They were able to address the issues he was having immediately. They also had all the parts needed on hand. The turnaround time was amazing, seeing as we were in a time crunch. We will now only be dealing with Trek Summit, we haven't seen such professionalism anywhere else.
Huge shoutout to Harley, the store manager at Trek Bicycle Summit! I wanted to surprise my teenage son with a bike for his birthday but had no clue where to start. Harley dedicated nearly 2 hours of his time to help me figure out exactly what we needed. We were in area and stopped in to inquire about E-bike. The manager Harley was very personable and knowledgeable. Harley answered all questions and made it easy to understand the nuances of the bike. Very clean and comfortable store. Cute neighborhood to walk around . We were allowed to test drive bike as well. Will be back!!Thank you Harley.
