I have purchased two bikes at the Spartanburg Trek store, and also have these bikes serviced at this store. All of the sales reps are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each bike. The service techs are very thorough and helpful. I have found their pricing on new bikes and servicing to be very reasonable and fair.
Great customer service. Took parts off a showroom bike to get my bike back running! New wheelset did not have enough clearance through the brakes so they put on new brakes.
I have never had such attentive service anywhere. Being fit to my bike was a fantastic experience which is already rare to say as a female. I learned a bit as we went along the process of getting fit to my new bike. Bradley and Kevin are top of their game and landed my husband and I, in two new bikes. They have also helped get us a list of local places to ride— being new to the area, this is helpful. Thank you to Trek Spartanburg.
