We have had a pair of great Trek hybrid bikes for over 2 decades. We are getting older and moved to the more hilly upstate, so were in the market for comfy e-bikes. We went to Trek Spartanburg because of Trek’s excellent reputation for quality and customer service. Trek Spartanburg lived up to that reputation. The team at Trek Spartanburg was amazing! My bike didn’t come in until late Friday afternoon, but they went out of their way to get it built by Saturday so I could have it for my birthday on Labor Day weekend. Super helpful and made sure I didn’t miss out—great customer service all around!
I’ve purchased two bikes from this store front and I couldn’t be more pleased. Bradley has been extremely helpful with my purchases. I recently had an issue with a bike and took it into the store for inspection. I assumed it would take weeks to resolve the issue. Bradley and Kevin had my bike fixed before I left the store. I was up and running the same day. Highly recommend Trek
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding my decision of the best bike that would fit me and my riding style. Bradley the store manager was very respectful of my budget and was able to have a new bike ordered, delivered to the store, and put together in a reasonable time frame. He took the time to set me up on the bike and made sure I was 100% satisfied prior to me leaving the store.
