10/10! Being a Trek rider for over 20 years and moving to the area in mid 2024, it’s awesome to have a great Trek shop in town! I’ve been more of a road rider over the last 10 years.. and Marcie was a great help in bringing me up to speed on the latest mtn bike tech - and helping me choose a new MTB (as I retired my 1999 Trek 7000 last year). Also, meeting Bob was great! He was able to build my new bike quickly - and shares my love for mid-90’s bikes as well :) Mooresville (and Charlotte) are fortunate to have y’all!
Another great experience! In November, Clayton reached out to follow up on a hybrid bike I had looked at when in your store. While I had decided to pass on the hybrid bike I had a couple upgrades in mind for my Domane SL5 (new wheelset or upgrading from mechanical 105 11 speed to 105 Di2 12 speed). Clayton was very patient as I worked through the different options, requested several quotes and finally decided on the groupset upgrade.
