Friendly staff, spent time with me and my boys. Let them ride around their indoor track as long as we wanted. Answered any questions we had. Made us feel important.
I bought my first MTB here and after learning what I know now, the shop did me an injustice. They set my full suspension MTB up for a guy that 5 inches shorter than me and I probably put weigh by 70lbs. How do I know cause after paying for the bike the shop owner told the mechanic to set it up as if it was for him....I later went to another shop looking for additions for the bike and the crew at this other store fitted me properly.
