The guy lies through his teeth in his reply to this feedback (referring to my other original feedback which he replied to and has referred to in this reply). Instead of trying to correct his error, he's trying to make the situation look different but his version of events isn't true. I don't care to lie, I have nothing to gain from it. Horrible treatment and even worse service. I know I was lied to because my bicycle wasn't even tuned! They didn't remove the rear wheel to assess the damages caused by the owner's friend who ran me over. I was referred to Trek by the woman who hit me because they were friends which tells me perhaps it wasn't an accident. If I had brought my bike somewhere else, I never would have thought such a thing. The owner is a rotten man, avoid!
