I have been dealing with them for 7 years and I buy many things from them (the price is very high). Recently, I brought the bike to be repaired. Great experience. First time buying something other than a Walmart bike, so was a little unsure, but Jay gave me great advice on selecting a bike model, equipping it for how I was going to use it, and installing everything I needed. He even gave me a crash course on bike maintenance and breaking in process. This will be my bike shop for as long as I’m here!
