I took my bike to Trek Springfield for maintenance and had a really great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. Sean was the service person who assisted me, and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Worst experience buying a bike. Salesperson was a nice guy helped to choose a bike after spending almost an hour at the checkout they said we can’t sell the bike because it is not registered in our inventory. It was Hybrid bike FX3. No apologies nothing just said I can’t sell. Worst customer service from manager
I came in to test drive a few bikes and decided on one they recommended. After waiting around for about 10 minutes, I found out the bike wasn’t even in their inventory and they couldn’t sell it to me. Total waste of time and very disappointing experience. I believe the employee’s name was James or Jake. He wasn’t very positive or helpful, and it honestly felt like he didn’t want to sell us the bike. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, price was reasonable, maintenance seemed thorough and quick.
I love my FX+ e-bike! The guys at the store in Springfield were great to work with on the purchase. I was able to do test rides to help decide which model to go with.
