Laurie (and the other staff) always treats me with the utmost kindness and respect. Not only that, the bike experts help me with minor repairs without nickel and diming me! That's what brings me back to buy bike accessories, and that's what ensures that I will purchase my next bike from them! I give SLC Bike Co. My highest recommendation! EDIT: It's now a Trek store and I just so happen to have a Trek bike! The workers here are kind and attentive. My daughter and I had so much fun this summer on our matching bikes!
We had an amazing experience at the Trek Store in Downtown Salt Lake City! Grant, the store manager, worked tirelessly to help my wife find the perfect e‑assisted bike for our steep, hilly neighborhood. We didn’t want a full‑blown throttle e‑bike, and Grant let us test ride several models at home until we found exactly the right one. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we now have a bike that handles our hills beautifully and my wife loves. Highly recommend the Trek Store in Salt Lake City — ask for Grant!
