Staff are great and knowledgeable about the products, sharing experiences to their clients is always a plus
These guys have helped me out on multiple occasions. I have walked in with a problem, or tool I didn't have, and walked out 5 minutes later with my bike working again. Trek sets the pricing for merchandise in the store, and it is what it is, but I have nothing but praise for the staff here. Glad this shop is here!
