The store offers an excellent variety of bikes for every lifestyle at fair prices. Above all, what impressed me the most was how well I was treated on every visit by the entire staff, with no exception. They were always proactive, very well informed, patient and friendly. I highly recommend the store.
High quality products and the service has been prompt and exactly what I need to keep my bike on the road and safe.
I bought a Trek Verve 3+ in early 2024 and have been very happy with it. They were very accommodating, adding the accessories I purchased and making sure the bike was perfect at pickup. This week I had a problem with the chain and stopped by. They fixed it on the spot without charge. Trek is priced at a premium, but the product and service make it worth it.
A very special Thanks to Trek Queen West, Manager Pedro for making this Purchase Possible. Loving every moment in the saddle of my Checkpoint SLR 9 red axs gen 2. Bike is all ready for bike packing adventures and overnight camping.
