The person who sold me the bike didn’t have much knowledge. He lowered the seat, and I had to go back to adjust it properly. The next day, I returned because a plastic part broke and the gear shifting was not smooth. I asked them to fix the gears, and they said it was done. However, I still have to go back next Saturday because the 9th gear is still hard to shift. I bought a Trek again because I previously had a Soho, which was excellent, but it was stolen.
