I didn’t originally buy my bike here (it’s a Domane), but I’ve taken it in for service over the years, and they’ve earned my loyalty. The key for me has been their consistently high-quality service, coupled with their responsiveness. As a result, I bought my son’s first bike here a year ago, and I plan to purchase his subsequent bikes and my own there in the future.
I went in for a Level 3 road bike maintenance. First time I do this on my 5 year old Specialize Tarmac SL6 Comp. I mostly do my own mechanics and maintenance and have yet to experience issues. After this Level 3, I have experienced 4 different issues: - Break pads for my discs and discs ended up needing another reprofiling & cleaning - DT was badly adjusted. Front & Back. - Use of wrong break cables for the Shimano Ultegra. - Missed an issue with my rear break pistons.
