Amazing service by the staff
The manager of the store Kevin didn't understand my concern. He kept on gaslighting me when I mentioned about my concern.
I ordered a rack and the wrong sized fenders from trek online that I tried to DIY install and got really overwhelmed. Adding accessories to a carbon fibre bike is tricky and there were things to know that I just wasn't prepared for. Huge shout out to Brad who went the extra mile getting me all sorted out with the correct parts and did a beautiful install. Much appreciated!
