I just wanted to share the outstanding service that I had today at Trek. From the moment I walked in I was blown away by the level of professionalism and help I received. I was taking my bike into their shop to see if they could help me put the bike rack and my toddler’s bike seat onto my bike. I was greeted by Tessa who was so polite and helpful. The service was really good. I was able to do a test ride on the bike I wanted. They prepared everything and let me take the bike on the same day.
