Everyone at the shop is super friendly, eager to help, and great at what they do. I purchased my first "real" bike (Verve 3) at this Papillion location about a year ago. Derek - pretty sure he's the manager - was really helpful with picking out the perfect bike for me within my budget, and asked me lots of questions about what I was looking for and hoping to get out of it. Every time I come here I feel like one of the gang. Steve Merritt has been working on my MTB for six years; he and the whole team love what they’re doing and want to share their passion for cycling with every customer who walks in the door.
Our family loves this shop. Been customers for years. Buy all our Trek products thru this shop. Current crew is super nice and helpful. We feel like they are looking out for us and realize the importance of community in the Papillion area but also with cycling. They are always willing to help and never seem to be put out with questions. Connor is da man!
Will never go back. Guy pretty much ignored me when I got there. No hello, no hey be with you in a minute, just absolute silence. This went on for awhile until someone else came over but was unable to assist me and the whole time he was talking to me I felt like he was talking down to me since I didn't own one of their bikes. Never plan on stepping foot in this place again!
