Great customer service and technical knowledge by all staff. The purchase of my new Trek bike was a very pleasant experience. Cool to see an excellent team seemingly effortlessly working together to aid customers on a busy Saturday.
The lads at Trek OV continue to rock. After waiting forever + several days for 165 cranks - thanks Tadej - they managed to get a set. Left me a msg mid-day, I came by with my bike a few hours later, and they slapped the cranks on while I waited - in and out and back on the bike in minutes. It may be a big brand corporate store we like to say is killing the LBS, but Nick and Burek really care about their customers so kudos to both. Worth seeking them out when you want to buy a bike. Trek Bike store in Oro Valley, my wife and I recently purchased two E Bikes from this store. Their customer service is over the top in terms of knowledge, communication skills and a genuine effort to make sure we were satisfied. The positive attitude was experienced with all the personnel not just the person selling us the bike. A definite must if you are in the market for a new bike.
This is an amazing store. Everyone in here is truly passionate and knowledgeable about bikes. I worked with Burak on my initial purchase but have no doubt you would receive similar care from any of the other team members. I was able to test drive multiple bikes, they adjusted each one to fit me, and even set up the bike I decided on with shock pressure adjustments.
