This Bicycle shop is the BEST I have ever been in! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and they care about your needs! I am 69 years old and I have been in a LOT of bicycle stores / repair shops. This place rates 10/10!
I was very satisfied
I visited the Trek store located in College Park as I was looking to upgrade to a new road race bike. I was greeted at the front by Mike M. who was very polite, knowledgable, and patient with me. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful. The store itself is extremely clean and organized. Although I did not move forward with a purchase, I had a great experience at the store and definitely plan to come back as a future customer.
