Unwilling to install a solid rubber tube for a new bicycle for my 3 year old because he thought he would ruin my rim and tire. Normally I would do it myself, I couldn't do it myself because of recent surgery. Thought I would give a local shop some business. Instead he tried to sell me a tube then tried to sell me new bike. Poor customer service. It was installed with no damage to either the rim or tire. I wouldn't recommend this shop for service if they cannot do a simple task of installing a tube in a tire.

Traveling thru Texas. Stopped in to get some information on the local MTB trails. The gentleman was very nice and informative. We enjoyed Odessa MTB Park.
Eric and I just bought two bikes and we love them. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions and was super friendly. We appreciate yall very much and will continue to shop there in the future and recommend yall to all our friends. Thank you very much for everything
