I just went this weekend and could not have had a better experience. I had ordered a replacement part for my bike from Trek online and it arrived quickly, communication was A+, and they even helped me put it on my bike. Both guys working at the store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Such a positive experience, thank you!!
I love it here. The team is always helpful to me. They tell me like it is and give me things to think about. In no way do they manipulate me to get something from their store. They listen, huge difference in a business. I should know better, but I do not know all the names of the team. Bad on me. No matter, i meet good people here, even the customers.
