I can’t say enough good things about the Trek Bicycle Leesburg location! I walked in with a front disc brake alignment issue on a new bike, fully expecting to wait or schedule an appointment. Even though it wasn't a Trek, something I purchased out of state at another store, the Trek team jumped right in and fixed the problem on the spot. I have an older Trek bike with a bent wheel. Took it to the shop and David was quick to help me out, offer advice, and source the necessary replacement parts. I also took advantage of their free weekly bicycle class where you could ask anything about bikes and bike maintenance. The hour-long class helped me learn more about bikes (and bike brake self-maintenance in particular) than I ever knew before. This place is a gem.

I moved here from out of state and brought my bike in for assembly, hoping for a smooth start on new roads. Unfortunately, the experience was more pothole than pavement. From the first ride, the gears hesitated like they were debating life choices.
