I purchased my Townie step thru bike in June of 2024. Phil was a blessing in the way he helped me get set up with the right bike and the accessories I asked for and offered me other accessories I didn’t know about but he thought I might like or would be helpful. Then in the spring of 2025 I took the bike in for a level 1 pre-season “checkup”. Dave took care of me then and was very informative and knowledgeable. Thank you Trek!!
