Very customer service oriented and accommodating
It’s been quite a while since I have ridden my bike and everyone on the staff was super helpful sharing resources and fixing up my bike. Very motivating to get back on the trails.
We bought our son's bike from Trek in Leesburg, and the team there was awesome from the start. They helped us find the perfect fit for him, super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Fast forward a bit, and we brought the bike back in for a complimentary Stage 1 maintenance. Same great vibe. The staff was friendly, helpful, and got it done right on time, just like they promised. Great service all around. We’ll definitely be back!
