I always have a great experience at Trek. Ethan is outstanding and immediately diagnosed a couple issues I’d missed. He fixed several issues for free (part could be bent back into place or brakes were just tightened up), and only charge me for new tires and tubes. He communicated well and was patient walking me through the issues and repairs. Great shop, outstanding service!
I’ve been to trek stores in Alexandria and Springfield and received better service from those places. The salesperson who seemed to be a college student or recent grad wasn’t too helpful and seemed to not want to spend much time with us. I read other low rated reviews and understand I may have not been the usual upper crust customer they are used to.
