Very professional and friendly with quick turnaround on service.
The staff is great, Emily was extremely nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable. They had my bike assembled and ready for me within 24 hours of it being shipped to them. I have owned Trek bikes for over 30 years and have always been very satisfied with both their products and their service.
Another great experience at Trek Lakeville! Emily is fantastic at her job. If you have any questions, she is the person to go see. My husband likes to do all of his research ahead of time, so he already has an idea of what will be best for his needs before we go to the store. Emily is able to answer in any remaining questions he has, and understands wanting to stay within a budget.
