Excellent experience at Trek Bicycle Lake Grove. I brought my bike in thinking I had a flat tire, and the staff checked it, found it just needed air, and did not charge me anything. Honest, straightforward service that a lot of shops would have used as an easy upsell. Staff were pleasant and easy to talk to, and patiently answered every question I had.
