After visiting the store to exchange my 10 year old son’s birthday gift for a bigger bike I had to leave a review. John was knowledgeable, patient and overall outstanding. Customer service is definitely not lacking. I was impressed by the entire experience and my son couldn’t be happier. Thank you
Staff members are very friendly and offer great advice! As someone who rides over 250 days a year and likes to do most of my own repairs I appreciate picking their brains for suggestions and I go to them with any repairs I can’t do myself. They all clearly love cycling, so I know they treat my bike well, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend going here for repairs, parts, and new gear as they have a wide selection of cool stuff!
Trevor is extremely knowledgeable about Trek bikes and always willing to help. I highly recommend Trek in Lake Grove for all your biking needs.
This is the best bike shop actually the best establishment i have ever been to and treated way beyond my expectations. I've been her several times and not 1 time ever have I had anything less then exceptional service help. Today they put my bike rack went above and beyond. Last year, 2 new bikes for my kids. Kick stand for a bike tune up. I have list of things that I've come here for and the biggest thank you to this location and everyone that is a part of it. I have several shop options near me. I found John and Trevor to be very helpful with the purchase and assembly of my bike and bike carrier. I had an issue with the carrier and John came to my house to help me out. The service is absolutely superb.
