Walked in here last Saturday around 11:30-12 and did an entire lap of the showroom and none of the employees there even bothered to acknowledge my existence. I was the only customer in the store. Went to a local bike store and spent 1700 dollars and had an amazing customer service experience 15 minutes later . I still bought a Trek but not from this store. Be better
Amazing group of folks here. Really happy to see Liam relocated from the Massapequa, but sad to see Massapequa close.
Fast and friendly, I had a tire tube replaced and asked a couple questions
They fixed my stripped bolts in less then 5 minutes for free best bike store every. Other store tried to charge 100.
100% this is the only place to go when purchasing a bike for anyone of any age. Super trustworthy, excellent craftsmanship. Extremely affordable. You can’t afford NOT TO USE THESE GUYS! My 34 year old mountain bike still kicks ass because of this place.
