Walk in with my wife to get her a new road bike. We were told "we will be right with you." However 4 to 5 seperate people walk in after us and then recieve service before us. We were completely disregarded while others were immediately helped. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'll stick to cannondale and specialized now.
Craig and Ben at the store are amazing! I am riding my bicycle across country. I bought my bike three days ago. There was a problem with the bottom bracket. I showed up right when they were opening… They let me in and fixed it in 10 minutes! Back to my ride! I can’t believe the service these guys gave me! It’s a Warranty thing so I’ll consider myself lucky. They didn’t want to take a tip. But I ran away. These guys are awesome if you’re looking for a truck shop near Houston.
Craig, Ben, and Gio are always super helpful. They love helping and getting cyclists back on the road!
Craig and his team got us in and out while we waited, they are always super professional and have a nice shop .
