The service here is always excellent: competent mechanics and friendly, honest staff and owners. I am a long-time loyal Trek customer due to the integrity of owners Ashan and Leanne and their superb team.
I bought a slightly used bike from them and before releasing it to me, they made sure that everything was in perfect running order.. In fact, when I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the bike, they were in the midst of changing the pads on the disk brakes even though the old ones were not defective and showed little wear. I'm convinced that most stores would have released the bike "as is". They were not only very knowledgeable but super friendly. I will definitely be returning to that store for all my cycling needs.
The folks at Trek are awesome, really enjoyed dealing with them! Fast,efficient and customer service is 5 star! I'll defenately be returning for any of my bike needs. Thank you, Trek!
