The staff at Trek Bicycle Kingston are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased my e-bike there 5 years ago and have never looked back. They reliably service and clean my bike every year. This year I brought my bike in during a brutal snowy sleety day, covered in sand and mud in all the places. I carry my bike on a rack on the back of my car so all the dirt from the road was brought up underneath and throughout all the working parts.
