unbelievably knowledgeable sales staff Jeff and Jennifer and Michael are some of the greatest sales staff I've seen in the bicycle industry and I moved here from Seattle 2 years ago and I don't have a trek now but they service my bike and Michael the teck is excellent this the shop I always go too, because I've been to every other shop in tri cities this is the best one in my Opinion!!!

I got my new Trek last week. What a great experience. I knew what I wanted and they hooked me up! I upgraded to a Roscoe 8 from my “starter” bike I bought last year. I love this bike!
My son road all kinds of bikes before we purchased a Trek. I was/is his favorite and they have decided to sponsor our student league!
