Thais store is second to none. My e-bike has been in service for a week waiting for a part. I asked if they could rent me a bike or if they had a loaner. After a minute Joe said hold on a minute. He gave me a bike off the rack and said I could use till my bike was fixed! Its customer service like this that builds life long clients and loyalty!!
In 2024 I purchased my Trek Domane cycling bike. I’ve taken my bike cross country from CA, TX, GA, Chicago, Maui, and now Honolulu. It’s priceless. The best bike I’ve ever owned. The world is my oyster. Thank you!
I had my bike stolen, which was obviously a horrific experience - my heart dropped out of my chest when I realized it was gone. Of course, I was beyond bummed out and didn't have the means to immediately replace it with a comparable bike.
