Trek Bike shop in Highlands Ranch Colorado is an excellent shop staffed by very knowledgeable and dedicated sales and service staff. I was helped by Matty, Kaitrin, and Cam... all excellent.
Professional, skillful, no condescending service arrogance (you know what I mean!) just great everything.
Matty was awesome, I had spent most of the afternoon searching for a bike in several stores and online. Walked into Trek and found it right away. Should have made it my first stop!
We have been shopping around for new e-bikes and stopped in here. Kirsten was super knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us try several options before we decided. A great team of employees that worked together to make the sale.
