Alex is a keeper, he is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Spouse and myself ordered bikes. Unfortunately, Highlands Ranch didn’t have mine in stock and I had to experience Boulder. Spouse received white glove service at Highlands Ranch, and I got treated like the 13th floor of a hotel at Boulder. Now I get to experience the service desk at Highlands Ranch thanks to Boulder not understanding how to assemble a bicycle and having sales folks that don’t listen to complaints. I had a great experience with Highlands Ranch store and wanted to share it. I ordered online to secure the eBike I wanted and they quickly called to thank me for the purchase along with talking to me about the eBate for CO residents. When I went in to pick up the bike Alex made sure he took very good care of me. He adjusted the bike several times to make sure it was a perfect fit. Recently had a great experience with carbon wheel purchase for my Canyon road bike. I was very happy with the gear suggestions, service, professionalism, and courtesy of the entire crew. Greatly appreciate the sweet loaner bike while the work was being done. Highly recommend this shop!

New e-bike, great rebate, great peeps.... until the first (hour) ride out...bam... I get a FLAT! Took it back, and they were awesome, Cam especially! Cam went the extra mile to fix it and got me on the road again. Everyone at the Highlands Ranch Trek bike shop is awesome! Just like they said, e-bikes are "fun" (especially after they fixed my flat). They were very helpful, informative and took the time to go through all the details with my new bike. I am impressed with their service, attitude, and love my new Trek e-bike.
