I recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint SL6 from another Trek store. Because of some 'behind the scenes' issues, the sale was transferred to the Woolloongabba store.This Woolloongabba store was very easy to deal with and all staff members I had contact with were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would be more than happy to deal with them again.
Trent has been outstanding (5/5) this morning at 9:00 AM (22/06/2026). I needed a quick rear tyre replacement (inner tube) as I got a puncture while cycling to work. Trent has delivered efficiently! Great customer service, amazing store, I’ll be back!
