Customer service was 10/10! We went in looking for a dog carrier and they had one. We had two guys help us (unfortunately forgot their names) and they were super helpful in answering questions we had, showed us how to attach it, take it apart and collapse it to put in our car. Love Trek Fresno!
Great people inside they are professional and intelligent at what they do. John is a professional MTB, he was able to answer all my questions. I can't wait to do future business with them.
