Went there to fix a flat tire and do a bike overhaul on my 2020 Electra Townie Go. The staff was very friendly on the phone as well as in person, and the service was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend.
Alex and Dean are amazing. I buy all my stuff from trek. I’ve bought all my bikes and bike accessories there. I will be trek till I die. They stand by their product. Not the cheapest bike in Fresno but you get what you pay for, quality! Trek won’t let you down.
The guys working there were very communicative, helpful, and cool. They fixed up my worn down e bike for much less than I thought it’d cost
Dean was very helpful and friendly! It's been a decade+ since I've ridden and Dean met me where I'm at with great information. Based on this customer service alone (of course the bikes are also wonderful!), I highly recommend shopping here.
