The customer service I received made it very easy to take delivery of a bike I purchased. But ironically it's in a part of Fresno that is very hard to get to on a bicycle, so I haven't been back to purchase accessories, etc

Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I started bringing my Cervelo here for maintenance and they’ve always been helpful diagnosing issues and having a quick turn around on service regardless if it’s not a Trek branded bike. They’ve earned my trust so much that I ended up buying a new Trek Domane and very happy with my purchase. Thank you Alex and John for always helping out!
Great experience at Trek Bicycle Fresno. Alex and John were absolutely solid from start to finish, knowledgeable, no pressure, and actually listened to what I wanted. They made the whole process smooth and dialed everything in perfectly. Picked up a 2026 Madone SL 7 Gen 8 and couldn’t be happier. If you’re serious about bikes and want people who know their stuff, this is the shop to go to.
Alex & Team were exceptionally helpful considering I had a competitor's electric tricycle shipped to their store and assembled by their team. They were so happy to help and even helped me out with the final cost since I am on social security and my eTrike is my only form of transportation.
