It will be hard for me to capture in words just how great an experience I had at this Trek Temple. My 2007 Madone 5.2 needed quite a bit of work. Alex, John, and Doug have it looking and riding like new! They had two major challenges and handled them with ease. The big surprise was they got the right shifter working. The customer service I received made it very easy to take delivery of a bike I purchased. But ironically it's in a part of Fresno that is very hard to get to on a bicycle, so I haven't been back to purchase accessories, etc
