The staff at Trek has always done an amazing job! Any time I have had an issue with any of my bikes, they have always been able to keep me rolling!
Outstanding service. Took my 2014 Trex FX 7.2 in today as the bottom bracket was making clunking sound. Gary looked at the bike immediately and said bracket needed to be replaced. I asked about chain wear. He checked and chain and cassette needed replacement. I said lets repace all. He turned around and out of a couple drawers he pulled all the parts then gave me the repair cost and said I could pick up tomorrow. However I was leaving for 12 days out of town. Went in with a catastrophic failure that could only be fixed by a trek dealer, and they were able to fix it quickly, at a good price, and extraordinarily friendly.
The fact that it was my first visit and you all had the inner tube for my electrical scooter which I really need at the time was so helpful. The staff there on this past Sunday 6/29/2025 was AWESOME. They were very helpful w/ me and my family w/ the knowledge concerning our bikes too. I will use Trek Bicycle Fredericksburg as my provider concerning my bicycles going forward especially since the Fredericksburg, VA. location is very close to my house.
