The bikes are fantastic and the staff (both at the store and online) were extremely helpful and friendly!
Bought a fx+2 brand new pedal assist city bike and chain detached on the first ride. Keeps slipping on lower gears. Techs are nice but clearly are installing the chain incorrectly. Nearest bike shop is 2 hours away and now I’m stuck with a brand new $2000 bike that works like a bike from Walmart. Buyer beware!
The staff at Trek has always done an amazing job! Any time I have had an issue with any of my bikes, they have always been able to keep me rolling!
Outstanding service. Took my 2014 Trex FX 7.2 in today as the bottom bracket was making clunking sound. Gary looked at the bike immediately and said bracket needed to be replaced. I asked about chain wear. He checked and chain and cassette needed replacement. I said lets repace all. He turned around and out of a couple drawers he pulled all the parts then gave me the repair cost and said I could pick up tomorrow. However I was leaving for 12 days out of town.
