Jose was a rockstar at getting me to the right bike efficiently and easily. I thought finding a great bike at a great price would be a long process but he made it super easy and was fun to work with along the way. I felt well taken care of and appreciated in the whole journey and am grateful for his knowledge and guidance. Dino was a champ in the shop too, he helped me out with my older bike and had some good guidance on bike care going forward. Your team is solid and those guys deserve massive kudos and maybe a raise:)
They’re just the best!!
Highly professional and extremely quick. Dripped off bike for a tune up around noon, work done before the end of the day. Felt like a VIP. Service guys generous with time, knowledge, and jokes. Best bike shop in town.
Service was awesome and staff was very helpful and experienced.
I was on my way to emcee an event where my chain broke across the street from Trek. They were so helpful and got me back on my bike very quickly!
