Maintenance staff have been very helpful, especially in person. They have completed 2 maintenance jobs for me: 1) replaced derailleur, cassette & shifters and 2) release brake cable for child's bike. Both bikes are working great.
Great customer service from Noah! I experienced a flat tire on my wheelchair while out shopping. I immediately went to the store to seek help and Noah happily came out to my car to get the wheel, installed a new tube, filed down the metal shard on the wheel that sliced the tube, brought it back out to my car, handled the payment curbside, and I was back on the road within 15 minutes! And he didn't charge me for labor! Thank you, Noah! Totally unexpected and thoroughly appreciated! 5 STARS!
Really standoffish and condescending service department. I called and said "I'd like to purchase new wheels, can we discuss options" Trek employee said "you mean tires? The rubber things on the outside?". Really rude tone. I told him no I meant wheels and he refused to give any information about what wheels would be available and wouldn't discuss details.
