The “sales” guy really listened to what I was going to use the bike for and the features that were going to be important for me. He put my needs ahead of making a bigger sale on a bike that would not have been as well suited to me. And buying from a local shop is the way to go! I know the team that will be servicing my bike. And they even went out of their way to invite me on local rides!
