Bad experience I was not happy with the tune up. Longer than expected turn around time and less than helpful staff. I didn't think the brakes were adjusted correctly. Tension was really off.
Very bad experience The shop looks great and the people seem to know their stuff. I had my wheel repaired for around $50. It was handed to me flat and I took it home. I didn't even wonder why it was flat. I fix bikes myself and pumping up that tire was no problem. Only at home I noticed that the ventile had been broken off the inner tube. There was no way to fix it since there was only a hole left in the inner tube. That must have happened during the wheel repair. They just handed it back to me with the broken inner tube. Traveling MTB'er I travel constantly so I have to rent bikes alot when out of town. I couldn't believe the selection of MTB gear and personal attention they even changed the stem for a better fit to me. I would say this shop is one of the best and has the coolest staff of any i've seen. The rental was more pricy than other shops but I think worth the difference.
