Do NOT get your bike serviced here!! Very condescending service guy told me over and over how terrific he was with over 20 years of experience fixing bikes. All I wanted was a flat tire fixed. He assured me everything was fixed, and I stupidly took his word for it. (Didn't check the tire) Carried the bike back home in my car, and by the time I drove home the tire had completely deflated! Great bicycle shops are hard to find today. I found one when I stopped at Adams. I needed a tool to fix my stationary bike. I stopped by a few stores but they were of no help. Someone recommended I try Adams so I took their advice. I am glad I did. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Chuck knew exactly the tool I needed and assured me it would fit and it did. This is a remarkably well run store. Everyone is helpful & friendly. Everyone is also 100% competent in being able to explain all dimensions of cycling to you & they are so very helpful in helping you make decisions that fit your needs. Such a friendly place. When I choose to let go of some of my money, this is how I want to be treated. I love to go into this store!
Thsi is now my favorite bike shop. Their personal and bike service is fantastic. Mark is a great guy. He's easy to talk to and never cheats the customer. They really know what they are talking about and they can recommend the product that fits you and your riding style best. Their bike services are also briliant. I went to the owings mills location and their mechanics fixed an issue with my gears in about 10 minutes. Their service was so great and well-priced that I have made this my bike shop of choice.
