5 stars all day love the store call and speak to Jason for any help
Wanna learn about E-bikes? Ask for Jason Hall the store manager. My partner and I walked in asked about 500 questions, test drove one, and asked a another 500 questions and bought a bike. Jason was super chill, no question was dumb, and he was so patient and kind. We didn't even think we were going to buy a bike that day, but we did because it was so easy. The ride on the TREK bike is great, service wonderful and most likely will be buying another bike soon. Thanks Jason!
Came in for pedals and passport event. My sealant leaked out on the plane so had to refill. Found this store and popped in. The energy, the service and people are extraordinary. The salesperson wasn’t trying to upsell but just to make my experience happy. The shop is in prime location.
This store is ok, but good luck getting a bike from Trek. seems everything is out of stock unless you want to spend $2k or more
