Amazing service! I went in about 45 minutes before close. I didn’t expect them to work on my bike that night let alone get it done. O’Neill worked really hard to go out of his way and get it done that night. Jay was also very helpful. They were honest in telling me what repairs were necessary and what ones weren’t. Highly recommend!
This was my first time buying a nice bike, and the whole staff was very very supportive. Rylie explained everything about my bike to me, and was super kind about going more into details about things I wanted to learn more about. Jeremy let me test ride the bike and even helped teach me how to get on/off a bike with a higher saddle than I am used to! This is not the closest Trek store to my house, but it has the best reviews in Salt Lake City so I knew it was worth the extra drive. Wow, the service here is beyond my expectations! In today’s world where everyone is a capitalistic robot and you’re mentally prepare to get ripped off for any purchase, this place is seriously a giant breath of fresh air with real humans to interact with!
