Jeremy was very helpful in arranging to have the bent rim on my grandson's bike replaced.
We've gone in multiple times to tune up bikes and get minor or significant repairs; the staff has always been approachable and helpful. They've pointed out what they see, or are doing, and they teach us along the way so we can do what we are able. The turn around has been great also-much better than leaving a bike and being told it will be 2-3 weeks (especially during bike season)

Rode out of the shop on a banger Trek Rail 9.8 GX in a colorway that matches my Subaru Outback Wilderness. The e-MTB is fantastic and I’m enjoying riding for hours at a time. New to the SLC area this has become my LBS.
