Needed my son’s first bike assembled from Guardian. We didn’t have time and wanted to make sure it was done properly. Called to ask if they could do this and what it would cost. The crew members were straight forward, honest and helpful with all the info on timing and our bike. Dropped it off, which took 5-7 minutes, they assembled it within a couple days and even held it until we were ready to pick it up a few days later which also took about 10 minutes. Came in looking for a bike part, but noticed the store prominently displaying political and social symbols. From a business perspective, that’s not a smart move—you risk alienating a large portion of the community who don’t agree with everything those symbols represent, including debates over men’s and women’s sports. A bike shop should focus on serving all customers and keeping the emphasis on bicycles, not politics.
