Can highly recommend this shop. Recently, I needed a quick turn around on a wheel repair / swap. Was greeted by Syd and Jeremy. They were kind, resourceful, fast and efficient with my repair. Many thanks for being awesome.
Great people
Came in looking for a bike part, but noticed the store prominently displaying political and social symbols. From a business perspective, that’s not a smart move—you risk alienating a large portion of the community who don’t agree with everything those symbols represent, including debates over men’s and women’s sports. A bike shop should focus on serving all customers and keeping the emphasis on bicycles, not politics.
Okay I don’t know what trek is doing but they always have the nicest employees anywhere I go… called in talked to a very nice person on the phone. Then got there and they were very friendly felt like they already knew me and I had been going there for years
