Bike shop with no brake cables .. super rude do not recommend this bike shop
Aaron Epstein is fantastic! He was attentive and careful with the repair of my bike and fixed my problematic gear shifters that many other bike shops never caught, or were able to do. He's friendly, sweet, knowledgeable, and a technician! Will definitely be coming back. The rest of the staff are also just nice folks; feels like a community shop that lives up to the reputation of the brand name 'Trek'.
