Purchased my Fx+ 1s in July 2025, from Trek Cherry Hill. The purchase experience was great. I've ridden a little over 1,000 miles since then. Yesterday October 2025, my right pedal came off in the middle of my ride. I thought it was as simple as tighten it back on, but the threading was stripped. So, I took it back to Trek Cherry Hill for fixing. I should have it back by next week, when the new crank arms and pedals come in. I'll give an update. I recommend Trek Cherry Hill. (NEW) Adding to my positive review from a few years ago becuase I am still receiving great service from the tremendous staff at Trek. This past Tuesday I rushed to get my bike over to the store before they closed at 6PM, I got there about 20 minutes before they closed. I was greated by a friendly associate named Lawrence, he could tell I was not in the friendliest mood and was frustrated with the issues I had with my tire. This place is one of a kind. The manager Adam truly cares about the customer and valued my time and experience. Lawrence is also the man. I didn’t think a corporate store could feel like a caring local bike shop but they certainly do.
