*UPDATED* My experience with this store this year has been quite abysmal. Let me explain. The team has constantly downplayed the issues with my new bike, insisting my bike was fine when it clearly wasn't. Now my bike creaks and I doubt they'll try to fix it without giving me an attitude. Speaking of attitude, their store manager is terrible at taking issues seriously or giving it appropriate thoughts and the mechanics are either really mean and unhelpful, or inexperienced. So much time and patience working with my kids and I, even with bike changes and offering other options such as used bikes and other brands if that's what I need. Their support and help earns my loyalty and respect. Thanks Sam and Centerville Trek crew!

Centerville Utah Trek store was super helpful with a maintenance issue. They dropped everything to help me. I will be going back to that store for future purchases!
I love my Trek bike. It is light, beautiful, and rides great. The service from the Trek store is fantastic. They always answer my questions well and really help me understand how to care for and use my bike well. I love that I get a free tune up the first year after purchase. I will go back when I need a bike for another family member.
