Fantastic customer service. Quick response time and willing to expedite on short notice. I also appreciate the follow through as well. Really went above and beyond for our son to prepare for our race.
Excellent staff and service! Bought a new fuel+ e-mtb, which had a couple of small issues from the factory that were not evident when I picked it up. I brought it back, explained the issues, and it was fixed and ready to be picked up later that afternoon. Sam, Liam and the rest of the staff worked hard to ensure I was satisfied (which I am, 100%). The bike is amazing, as is the store and all who work there!
