Stopped in on a Saturday morning needing a tire repair while on a trip. The crew was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Replaced my rim tape and had me in the road in half an hour. Thumbs up!
This is my go to place for all my cycling needs. They are knowledgeable and help me find the best solutions.
The staff at Trek Bicycle Centerville are always friendly, helpful and prompt with service. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a bike shop.
Fantastic customer service. Quick response time and willing to expedite on short notice. I also appreciate the follow through as well. Really went above and beyond for our son to prepare for our race.
Excellent staff and service! Bought a new fuel+ e-mtb, which had a couple of small issues from the factory that were not evident when I picked it up. I brought it back, explained the issues, and it was fixed and ready to be picked up later that afternoon. Sam, Liam and the rest of the staff worked hard to ensure I was satisfied (which I am, 100%). The bike is amazing, as is the store and all who work there!
