The guys have been great to work with. Very helpful for us first timers getting into mountain biking.
*UPDATED* My experience with this store this year has been quite abysmal. Let me explain. The team has constantly downplayed the issues with my new bike, insisting my bike was fine when it clearly wasn't. Now my bike creaks and I doubt they'll try to fix it without giving me an attitude. Speaking of attitude, their store manager is terrible at taking issues seriously or giving it appropriate thoughts and the mechanics are either really mean and unhelpful, or inexperienced. So much time and patience working with my kids and I, even with bike changes and offering other options such as used bikes and other brands if that's what I need. Their support and help earns my loyalty and respect. Thanks Sam and Centerville Trek crew!
Customer service is the best. one of the employees searched in the back for like 20 minutes for just one part love the store I will be going there for years
