Dropped my bike off in the morning and it was ready later that same day—super fast turnaround. David was awesome—he took the time to explain what was going on with the bike, fixed the issue properly, and clearly treated it with care. You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was super friendly and helpful. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Finally, a store has showed me that Customer Service still exists. Stopped in there quickly because I couldn’t get the pedal off my bicycle, Corry from the repair shop came out with a great disposition to help out and he didn’t even think of suggesting there was a charge for it. Over the top and impressed with their Customer Service and friendliness. This will be my go to Bike Shop moving forward for repairs and the purchase of my next bicycle.
